TOA TU-632 Driver Unit with Horn Speaker

The driver unit is used in combination with a suitable horn (optional).

The TOA TU-632 Driver Unit is a professional compression driver unit, the core acoustic engine designed to power large horn speakers like the TH-652. With a 30-watt power handling and 16-ohm impedance, it converts amplified electrical signals into high-intensity acoustic energy with an efficiency of 110 dB SPL (1W, 1m). This driver is the critical component in creating extreme long-throw sound systems for applications where volume, clarity, and reliability are paramount.

This driver is not a standalone speaker. It is a system component that must be physically coupled to a compatible horn (like the TOA TU-632 Driver Unit) to form a complete loudspeaker. Its standard 1-3/8″ 18 thread coupling allows for secure attachment to industry-standard horns. When properly mounted to a horn, the assembly achieves an IP65 environmental rating. The unit includes an integrated 450mm white cable for connection.
